We are pleased to announce that the talented cross-country rider Janis Baumann from Igis is now part of the BIXS Performance Race Team. Janis will make his debut for the team on March 23, 2025 at the Swiss Bike Cup in Lugano.
In his young career, Janis has already achieved considerable success in the Men U23/Junior category. His greatest achievements include second place at the UCI MTB World Championships 2020 in the Men Junior (XCO) category, second place at the UCI MTB World Cup in Petropolis 2022 Men U23 and third place at the European MTB Championships 2022. His successes in 2024 include 19th place at the UCI MTB World Cup in Val di Sole (XCO) and third place at the ÖKK Bike Revolution in Engelberg, both in the Men U23 category.
With his determination, single-mindedness and impressive talent, Janis can achieve great things. We look forward to supporting and accompanying him in his career. We are looking forward to what the future holds!
