Purchase a BIXS

Outside of Switzerland, we do not have business relationships with bicycle retailers.
We believe it’s important for your bike to be professionally set up, advised on, and handed over by trained experts to ensure the best riding experience. Additionally, you’ll have a contact person or partner available to assist you.

Finding the ideal model, the right size, or the perfect equipment details for your specific needs can be challenging. That’s why we rely on a strong partnership with specialized retailers who are ready to assist you with expert advice in making your selection.
Different bicycle types have different maximum allowable total weights. This information can be found for each specific model. The maximum allowable total weight includes the weight of the bicycle, the rider with full clothing, and any luggage. It is also important to consider the limitations set by wheel or rim manufacturers, such as those from DT Swiss.
Our authorized retailers or partners are happy to provide test bikes for your purchase decision. Please contact a local retailer to check if the bike you’re interested in is available for a test ride.
Additionally, we are present with a large part of our bike range at national or regional events. This is a great opportunity to test out the latest models.
Guarantee & Repairs
We offer an additional three years of guarantee on your BIXS bicycle frame, extending beyond the standard two-year statutory guarantee period. This extended guarantee is available exclusively to you as the original purchaser. To claim the warranty, please contact an authorized BIXS dealer or distributor. If you encounter any issues, always contact a BIXS retailer from whom you purchased the product. The retailer will work with you to find an appropriate solution.

Specifications & Compatibility
The serial number (or frame number) is located either at the front or underneath the bottom bracket. For e-bikes, it can be found in a different location, such as under the battery. On some bicycles, it is also available on the QR code located on the underside of the bike.
Please contact a BIXS retailer directly. They have direct access to the image archive for individual models and can reconstruct all relevant data.
If you want to modify your bicycle, for example, by installing a new wheelset, a new suspension, new shifting components, a rack, etc., you should contact a BIXS specialist dealer. The experts are available to provide you with optimal advice. Please note, however, that any modifications to the frame, fork, or components may void the guarantee.
