Shipping information

• As soon as you have completed your order, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. If this is not the case, please contact us via our contact form (Contact - BIXS).
• Our shipping days are from Monday to Friday.
• We do our best to send your parcel as quickly as possible. However, orders received after 12:00 will be processed the following working day.
• Please note that weekends and the shipping day itself are not included in the shipping time or delivery period.
• We only deliver within Switzerland.

Shipping costs and delivery time

• Shipping costs of CHF 9 apply to orders.
• From an order value of 100 CHF we ship free of charge.
• The delivery time is 1-3 working days from the time of ordering.
